Mermaid Island - Collab project

Here is the big collabortive project I worked on with Richard Bresson.
He made the entire environment, texture, material, lighting and rendering.
Sometimes he even create original alphas using Zbrush.

I choose to create two characters for one of his environment. One supposed to be on the beach and the other underwater. This is what I did! All in a cartoon style! I did;
The two character, the seagull, the starfish, the fish and its morphers so it will be able to switch pose, the sea urchin, the coral, the necklace wearing by the seagull, the shell and all alphas: the palm tree leafs and the seaweed.

I did the two characters modeling, UVs and texturing in two weeks since I had other projects to work on. Richard kept working on the environment and I waited for him to insert my character in it.
I textured all my asset in Substance Painter.
I have made all the alpha in Photoshop.
